Setting up Exchange 2007 as a secondary server in a branch office

hello,
we are running the following in our main office:
-Domain controller (windows 2003)
- Exchange server 2003 (windows 2003).
-OWA server (exchange 2003, Windows 2003) RPC/HTTP is enabled.

we created a VPN connection between both offices with (Junipper Firewalls).
we have setup a Domain Controller (windows 2008) on our site office.
what we want to do it configure a second server in our branch office with exchange 2007 to be as a secoundary server that users in our branch office can connect to when they are in the branch office. and the same users can also connect to the main exchange server when they are logged in from the main office, so basicaly it will be acting as a mirror server ( if i'm not wrong).
note that all the emails will be comming to the Main exchange server then replicated to the branch office and if any user is sending an e-mail it should go trought the main exchange server in the main office as our MX records with our ISP are set up to interact only with the main office exchange server.
I need some guides of how to do that
