Outlook 2007 - How to set the right margin

My OS is Win XP Prof and i am using Outlook 2007.  How do I set the right margin  when I am creating a new email to send.  Or can I edit the default template so that everytime I send a new email it will use this template. Thanks.

Create a blank email.  Then, in the ribbon, click on the "Format Text" section.
The something called "Paragraph" with a little faded square next to it, click on it.

Put the margins you like, then when done, click on the Default button.

That will set it up for all messages afterward.

"Sorry, but I do not see it.  Next to the paragraph is the align text, and in the next box is the normal,No spacing,, etc etc.  When you hover the mouse over the area, what does it say. Thanks.

You have the right place.

Under the Indents and Spacing Tab...

The left and right margins are called...

Indentation
  Left:
  Right:

As a test, put 10 cm for Left indentation, and put 15 cm for Right Indentation.  click on the Set As Default button, then create a new email.

Let me know how it goes...

BTW.  When you test it.  Do not type stuff like ....

asdfasdfasdfasdfasfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfsafsafasafasdf

Because the right indentation won't work.  ;)   Type real phrases instead and you will notice the left and right margin work.

The indentation got me confused. BTW how is cm measured.  I mean 10 cm equals how many characters. Thanks

Mordillo98Commented:
I would say probably 1 cm equal to 5 characters.  Around that.
