ok it seems you have an permission error.

Please run cmd as administrator (right click run as administrator) and start the .msp file from within CMD

No, reapplying rollup 3 have created many errors and disable services. Even by uninstalling the rollup 3 and in the re-installing.

14.0.694.0 is the version of exchange pointing to rollup 3 so if it doesn't exist on your current server it means you have deeper issues.

reapplying rollup 3 should have updates OWA as well and created the 14.0.694.0 folder.

In all cases the important is that you are happy today.

Yes get-ecpvirtualdirectory return my ecp virtual directory and I have remove et re-create ECP but don't work.

I hate to say it again but you need to make sure rollup 3 is applying correctly or else we wld just be finding "quick fixes" and not solving the underlying problems

The rollup 3 is installed, it appair in update installed

Tchekbo as you want it is totally your call however since you had to manually copy the 14.0.694.0 directory it means that either the update was not done properly or something went wrong during the update.

I understand if you don't want to reapply again and you are worried to introduce more mess but I won't be able to help any more
