user gets disconnected from windows 2003 server(Child Domain) when WAN link does down.

I have two remote sites and one head office. In head office main Domain of single forest with additional domain controller.
On one remote site i have server with separate tree but same forest and on other site a child domain. on both the site whenever the remote link does down the users get disconnected and cannot login to thier workstations with domain username and password until the link comes back..

Please suggest  a solution..

The errors  I am getting on the CLient are;

"Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. (An internal error occurred. ). Group Policy processing aborted. "

"Windows cannot determine the associated site for this computer. (The RPC server is too busy to complete this operation. ). Group Policy processing aborted. "

Failed auto update retrieval of third-party root list sequence number from: <> with error: This operation returned because the timeout period expired.

Do you have a Domain Controller in the remote offices? If so it seems the DC's are not propergating their information.
