user gets disconnected from windows 2003 server(Child Domain) when WAN link does down.

I have two remote sites and one head office. In head office main Domain of single forest with additional domain controller.
On one remote site i have server with separate tree but same forest and on other site a child domain. on both the site whenever the remote link does down the users get disconnected and cannot login to thier workstations with domain username and password until the link comes back..

Please suggest  a solution..

Are there any client-side event logs similar to:

User NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Error Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network...

??

Please feel free to post any relevant event logs.

The errors  I am getting on the CLient are;

"Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. (An internal error occurred. ). Group Policy processing aborted. "

"Windows cannot determine the associated site for this computer. (The RPC server is too busy to complete this operation. ). Group Policy processing aborted. "

Failed auto update retrieval of third-party root list sequence number from: <http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootseq.txt> with error: This operation returned because the timeout period expired.

Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network. (The RPC server is too busy to complete this operation. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=jubail,DC=stc,DC=gov,DC=ae. The file must be present at the location <\\jubail.stc.gov.ae\sysvol\jubail.stc.gov.ae\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\gpt.ini>. (Access is denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.
