Exchange 2003 / OWA: Some users can't delete e-mail and can't receive e-mails

Some of our users get the following error, by deleting e-mail in OWA and Outlook 2007:

"Some items can't be deleted. They were either moved, already deleted, or access was denied."

The same users can't receive any e-mail, not internal either external. After 24 hours you receive a message that the e-mail is not deliverd (Error: #4.4.7)

When you try to open a message in OWA which can't be deleted, you receive an error 404 for the user who can't receive e-mail and can't delete. Other e-mail can be opened without problems.

The user can send e-mails without problems.

It sounds to me that your store with those users in is corrupted.

To fix the problem, dismount the store and run the following:

eseutil /p
eseutil /d
isinteg -s servername -fix -test alltests

Then remount the store and test again.
have you recently repaired your database? (eseutil /p) if so, try running isinteg switch
