I open the port 3101 on my pix 515e firewall, but it is showing on the website test not opened http://www.canyouseeme.org/,

I have pix 515e firewall , I open 3101 port for blackberry, but the test on the website showed it is not working http://www.canyouseeme.org/, is there any other website, what is the possible solution, may be My isp block this port, please advise

Do you have any server/service listening on that port? It's obvious that you must have a BES. Are you forwarding 3101 to that server? If you run a netstat from that server do you see the server listening on port 3101?

Can you post the access-list and (if it exists) access-group you created for that packet filter?

yes I have BES server with internal ip 192.168.100.221, and the external ip is 83.96.34.51, and this is the print screen of pix
