Sage Accpac is the Windows version of Accpac.  If you want to convert, you would need to have access to Sage Accpac 5.3 or earlier.  This has a conversion utility built in.  Once converted, you could then easily convert from version 5.3 to 5.6 (current version).  If you're just looking to extract data, the simplest method is to use a combination of exporting and printing to file from inside the Accpac Plus application.

Good luck!
