iMail 11 upgrade Now Outlook 2007 will not get POP mail

I moved my email server to a new Virtual Machine on an ESX 4.0 host The previous version of iMail was 10.01 and Upgrade to 11 by following the instructions from Ipswitch. I can accees my email accoun via the web access so I see new mail coming in, I use Outlook 2007 as my email client. When I check the Outlook error log I get the following error:
"Task 'Email @ MyDoamin - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."

Can some please give me a hand with this. I have reinstalled/repaired 3 different versions of the server hoping to fix this.

Thanks in advance.

Is the POP3 service started?

Yes, POP3 Service is started and I am able to send mail from Outlook.
sending uses, SMTP.

If your using POP3 to receive mail then is it using the SSL port or 110?
Yes, it is using Port 110.
Outlook 2007 is history.  It never worked right, and now even MS has dumped it (the reason you can't upgrade from windows XP to windows 7 is because windows 7 does NOT support MS outlook).

Do yourself a favor, and download the latest version of SeaMonkey (or Thunderbird) -- www.mozilla.org.  Thunderbird is the mail-only client.  SeaMonkey is the browser plus email client.  The email in SeaMonkey is the most robust email client available -- stable since the earliest versions of unix mail -- and yes, it does let you import outlook email contacts, etc.

This program is free, it has a long future ahead of it, it is stable, and it has NONE of the problems you note.
