How i can implent static route ?

You need to add static routes on 'Router A' and on 'Router E', not on 'PC x' since there is only one gateway available for the two pc's (there is nothing to choose for the pc).

If you need help in adding static routes on the routers please post!

Try (in a DOS-box)  to tracert 'PC A' from 'PC B' and see where the route gets lost (eg. TRACERT -D PCa). Does all trafiic gets lost between the two networks, or just the traffic between the two pc's?
