Best SSL Certificate for Exchange Server 2003

Hi,

Where can I buy SSL certificate for Exchange server 2003?

And is it different than SSL for Web Servers? i.e. IIS, apache?

Will SSL for Exchange 2007 work with Exchange 2003?

Thanks in Advance.

Cheapest place seems to be GoDaddy and for Exchange 2003 - you only need a single name SSL certificate - www.godaddy.com
Exchange 2007 requires a Multi-Name SSL certificate (SAN / UCC), so if you plan to upgrade in the near future, only buy a 1 year single name cert for the time being, or buy a multi-name cert now and install that on your Exchange 2003 box, then re-key it for your 2007 box.

You can use the same certificate to secure a web server as long as the name in the certificate matches the name of the website.

Exchange 2007 needs the following names as a minimum:
mail.yourdomain.com (or whatever you use to point your mail to your server in DNS)
autodiscover.yourdomain.com
internalservername.internaldomain.local
internalservername
Exchange 2003 can be pretty much whatever you use for mail e.g., mail.yourdomain.com
