What is the name of the ISO you downloaded?
what are the names of the setup files?
-IA64-ENU.exe
-x64-ENU.exe
-x86-ENU.exe
If the names as as the above or they are in folders with part of those names, then
IA - only for Itanium servers (not home PC)
x64 - 64-bit machine
x86 - 32-bit machine
-x64-ENU.exe

Then you're right, that's it. I knew I guessed right :)
I suspect you downloaded these files from MSDN. If you did, then there is an article called "Subscriber Download Help":
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/aa948864.aspx
Look for the section titled "Using ISO Image Files" and "Writing ISO files to CD-R or DVD-R". They explain what they are and give you step by step instructions how to use them.
