Meeting room booking system

Hi all
I have a company who only has  1 meeting room
This meeting room is very heavily used

I need to set up some kind of booking system for this room

How would I go about setting this up

On our domain we use a windows server 2003
We have exchange 2003
All clients use office 2003 or 2007

What would be the best way to set up a booking system for this room

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi robbiebreslin,

Exchange 2003 does not have a default Room mailbox like Exchange 2007 / 2010 does.
Here is a manual how to set up a mailbox to function (sort of) as a room / resource mailbox.

I would create a new calendar in Public folders, and then assign delegates with Edit rights to that calendar to actually manage that resource.  We manage the schedules for our board rooms, projectors, etc. in similar fashion.
