Group Policy Windows7
So I have a windows 2003 Domain with Windows XP clients. I wish to start putting windows7 our to a few memebers of staff. In the past we have used BGInfo to put the wallpaper on the desktops and GPO to back that up. We have also setup a company SCR via GPO.
Now with windows7, i have been using and used the same GPO as the XP machines. but I never get a screen saver. On the personalse screen is says no scr selected, but when you click it, it shows the company SCR and it's locked with 10mins and password protect. This screensaver never gets activated. I know that if I use the adminPack for windows7, i can update the GPO policies to include win7 items even though it's running from a win2003 domain.
I did think about making a theme and trying to lock that down, but i don't SCR's are included in sav file.
========================== ========== ========== ========== ========== ========
What would the best settings to apply for what i need. (windows7)
Desktop wallpaper locked to 1 or more
Screen Saver Locked to one, with 10mins and password protect.
Possible colour locking.
