Missing calendar history--Outlook 2003/Exchange 2007

I have had a few people contact me about missing calendar history.  It seems that this issue may have started after we moved users accounts to Exchange 2007, although I can't be certain.  This does not seem to be an issue with every user account.  Most Outlook 2003 clients are set to cached mode.  I have checked the Blackberry settings and they are configured for "never".  The Archive settings are turned off and users are archiving messages manually.  We did have some issues with the Public Folder.  The free/busy information was not synching when we moved to the Exchange 2007 server, however, I wouldn't think that should cause a problem with the missing history.  (Most people can see the free/busy informatoin now, after updating thier calendar with an appointment.)  Any ideas?

I was able to resolve this issue.  Unbeknownst to me, the client was also using another laptop to connect to his e-mail.  The archive settings were set to run every 7 days and to archive anything older than 2 weeks.
