blackberry enterprise express edition syncing calendar from device to outlook

Hi
i want to know if its possible to sync device calender with the outlook i am able to sync from outlook to device i am using Blackberry enterprise server express edition

Yes...Exchange syncs with Outlook and Exchange syncs with BES Express...only thing you need to watch for if you have BES on a different box and using 2003 Exchange is the CDO.dll has to be the same on both boxes or you will run into an issue.   So just remember keep your Exchange box and BES box at the same exchange patches.

i am using a single server for both how do i verify COD.dll file version which correspond with BES express Version: 5.0.1.4.
if i have correct version COD.dll file then it will enable blackberry user to create an item on the calendar and it will appear in outlook?

Single server you will not have the issue.    It will use the the same CDO.dll
Yes all items on the Outlook Calendar should appear on the BES device.    Same with contacts...

the items appear from outlook to blackberry but when my user create an appointment on blackberry calendar it doesnt come in outlook

is wireless sync on for your blackberry.

run the iems test and handheld cleanup utility to ensure there are no permission issues.(.....\....\research in motion\utility\

also do you have the latest mapiexchange tool for exchange installed on your BES?

how would i know the mapiexchange tool is latest i ran into another problem i have restarted the server the administration service is keep on restarting i am unable to access admin web portal please advice this is become an issue out of nowhere
