IMSS version 7 SP1 with 3 patches already installed. Called Trend support and they said SP1 should take care of this but the problem still exist. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I was hoping if anyone has encountered this issue in their environment. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
This only happens to some domains. Users are receiving bounce back error message "The following addresses had delivery problems <email address>Network communication error". In my delivery logs, it shows attempts with this message "not relayed yet" and finally after 10 tries, I see this message "could not be relayed and was deleted, with failure notification email sent.
Is this an issue on my email gateway or the other email server?
