Possible to run multiple FTP servers?

I am using SBS 2003 R2 SP2, with two additional Server Std. 2003 R2 machines. One is FTP enabled and is receiving specialized files all day long. I do not want to mess with this FTP server. I would like to add Core FTP Server to our other rig if possible. Any suggestions on configuring this, so they both use port 21?

I will assume you are using NAT and have one external IP-adrdress. If thats the case then it is not possible to have two FTP-servers (with diffrent IP-adresses) both mapped to port 21. Are you able to change the port for your clients who are using the server? You could then forward a port from your router to the other server.

You will not be able to have two different machines using same port 21 router from external network. If you use those only in internal network - you don't have this problem at all.
If you had Windows Server 2008, you could use new functionality.
One of the features of the new FTP service is the ability to configure virtual host names, which enables web hosters to configure multiple FTP sites on a single IP address.
Sorry, but it is not impossible with IIS FTP 6 on Windows 2003.
