"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Log onto each router that assigns DCHP clients per subnet. In the router config menu you can see how many clients are in that subnet. This assumes you run DCHP on your server

What? You can find out what you subnet you have by look at the Subnet Mask.

you recognize your subnet from another from the subnet mask, this one is expressed in bits (/24 bit = 255.255.255.0), and for the amount of hosts.. well look below:

/30 = 2 hosts
/29 = 6 hosts
/28 = 14 hosts
/27 = 30 hosts
/26 = 62 hosts
/25 = 126 hosts
/24 = 254 hosts
/23 = 510 hosts
/22 = 1022 hosts
/21 = 2046 hosts
/20 = 4094 hosts
......
....
/3 = 536870910 hosts
/2 = 1073741822 hosts
/1 = 2147483646 hosts
