Why has the option to 'Send to Mail Recipien' disappeared?

I have downloaded photos from my camera onto my hard disk. However when I right-click on individual photos, the option to 'Send to Mail Recipient' does NOT appear? New Dell laptop, windows vista OS.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

step 1
create a new action
Gve it a name like "PsdAndJpg"

step 2
click on record action

step 3
save as PSD

step 4
save as jpg

step 5
close image

step 6
stop record action

step 7
open new image
now click on play  "PsdAndJpg"

file saved as psd and jpg

You can also create a Droplet from this action (without save as PSD just save as JPG)
Droplet settings:
target: save and close
chose Override "Save As" in the action to save the Jpg file next to the Psd

save the Droplet

search (win: explorer/mac: finder) now al PSD files and Drag and Drop the files on Droplet
Photoshop saves now next to each PSD a JPG file.

Download this file - http://www.winhelponline.com/fixes/fixmailrecipient_1_1.zip

Open it up, and Extract the Zip file contents (FixMailRecipient.exe and Readme.txt) to a folder.

Right click the FixMailRecipient.exe file, and choose "Run as administrator"

Go through the prompts allowing it to run

Now check your Send To options, you should now have "mail recipient" in the list.
