You have to actually open up the email, then go to
"View" then Message options. It is only a menu item now.

This didn't help in my installation--there was no "View" option in the opened message.

It was, however, under the additional options in the "Tags" bar in the main "Message" ribbon.  (Click the arrow in the bottom-right corner of the "Tags" section to open the good old Message Properties dialog box, which contains all the message headers.)

If this is something you use often, you *can* add it to either the ribbon under a custom tab or the Quick Access Toolbar (in the window title bar).
in the latest release open the email then click file tab then properties.
