sbs_login_script cannot delete program file under windows 7

my small business server login script copies several .bat files from the server onto the client:
   del  "c:\program files\My Front Ends\Front End*.*"
   copy "S:\my program files\Front End*.*" "c:\program files\my Front Ends\Front End*.*" /y

neither of these work. They give "access is denied" under windows 7.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are two ways to fix this:

1: Disable User Account control, this is the easiest way but with a price, it's insecure
2: Create a group policy set  the file permissions for "C:\Program files\my front ends\" to everyone read/write

To set this kind of policy read this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc756952%28WS.10%29.aspx
