How can you make money on referals
I have a good reputation and I am always getting people looking for skills that I have , how can I make money referring people ,what is the best way t do this, do I look at a job description and then make sure I get a $500 referal and then search resumes on craigs list for some one to fill the spot, $500 is not worth my time in most cases , is there a legal documentation that I need to have to get a % of the hires salary for finding him a job? I am new to this can I get the contactor to sign a paper that I get 5$ for every hour he works >? I just want to get the most money I can for referring people

I think there is some things we can say about this kind of thing is
sometimes a good relationship with a recruter can help you more than the referal $$$
but get paid for referals if you can , get the agreement in writing of a least email
