I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you check to make sure the the Addon is not disabled? Usually theres a pop up from the bottom right hand corner of the IE Window Frame, near the spot where it tells you the ZONE you are in, that will alert you that a needed Addon is disabled....

Secondly, have you put this website in the Trusted Zone of IE, and made sure that ActiveX is set to run properly for this zone?
