I get this error when I try to create cpanel at whmcs

Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf)

If you are not familiar with editing the httpd.conf, you may want to put in a support ticket with you web host and have them edit it for you. It could save you some major headaches later. Editing it is not very hard, but could take your site down if it is done improperly.

Hello,
You need to check whether the account is already present on the server. To do that in WHM go to "List Accounts" and check.

Usually cpanel/whm takes first 7 characters of a domain as the username. If you are sure that the domain you are trying to create is different than the one present on the server, then edit the username of the existing domain and then create the new domain.
