Round up/down seconds to nearest 30 secs in Excel

Hi
I have multiple finish times for athletes so would like to round them up/down to the nearest 30 secs in Excel.
eg; 07:01:28 I would like to roundup to 07:01:30
eg; 07:01:49 I would like to roundup to 07:02:00

Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Supose that the value is in cell A1, in cell B1 put this formula:

=A1+((CEILING(SECOND(A1),30)-SECOND(A1))*(1/24/60/60))
