if it is Windows Server,
than at DNS server
goto
Administrative Tools --> DNS --> DNS Server --> Reverse Lookup Zone
if there is no Reverse Lookup Zone than create new one, otherwise check the properties of existing

Is the problem that you cannot ping the web server from another server... or that you cannot ping FROM the web server?
Is this the only server with the problem?

it's DNS problem . first you should have Primary zone created by AD , if not creat it . then creat reverse lookup zone . and be sure that DNS do it's job. the try to Flush the DNS cache from your machine and try to ping it will work normally.

How to Flush DNS in Microsoft Windows
In Microsoft Windows, you can use the command ipconfig /flushdns to flush the DNS resolver cache. Open the command prompt and type the following:

C:\>ipconfig /flushdns

Reply from 192.168.26.64: Destination host unreachable. you gain this message if you try to ping pc's in another subnet or you have problem with network media.

Ping request could not find host uob-srv-web02. Please check the name and try ag
ain. you have aproblem with your DNS , or you set policy prevent ICMP from clients machines.

if you allow ICMP try to restart DNS Server and the Client machinens.
