How do I augment my website structure

I have a web site and I want to add other 'sub web sites' so that I can use .

I'm not sure I understand how this is done. I basically want to be able to have users log directly to without going to the site first.

My web site is on a windows server 2008 and assigned a unique IP address and is managed by Plesk which I also don't understand. I want to be able to run multiple web sites from this one server and one IP address.

I'm not sure I've made myself very clear.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can create another website under the existing one. Just by creating a folder and all files belong to the new site in this folder.

Access site using http://oldwebsite/new website/default.aspx

Thanks for your prompt response rajvja,

Maybe it was simpler than I thought.

Does that mean that i can keep the two independent and have users log into www.oldwebsite and they will see oldwebsite/default.aspx and users who log into www.oldwebsite/newwebsite will connect to oldwebsite/newwebsite/default.aspx?

Presumably I can then just make modifications to newebsite and upload those without having to upload oldwebsite?

But if I wanted to have a different website e.g. on the same server with the same IP address as I would need to do some configuration changes within Plesk to allow both to co-exist?
