I need an inventory software to manage IT accessories like Harddisk, RAM, PCI Card, etc.. Is there any free or paid software available to full my requirement?

Another vote for Spiceworks.  Does (mostly) what you want.  Automatic inventory, monitoring, helpdesk, network map, great community. And it's free.  Small download, small footprint, agentless.
