VB scripts for changing windows screen saver to default one.

I need to find the script for changing the windows screen saver to default one for following situation.
User use to download the screen saver which locks the computer screen, and that computer cannot be use by any other user.
-      The script should be remove the user selected screen saver and activate the windows XP screen saver with out password protection.
-      None of the user has got Local administrator rights, so the script we put on there computer should have “Runas” command for Administrator username and the PASSWORD should be hardcoded in the script(if password can be encrypted then It would be great.

I would really appreciate your help if some from you GURUS can show me the script. I am new bee with scripting so please do not mind if I am not reasonable here.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Just a note - any .vbs or .bat file with a admin UN and PW will be in the clear. - Meaning if your user is crafty - they will have the UN and PW for an admin account when they open the script manually. - which is what your are trying to avoid.

I'd suggest applying a user-based group policy to change the screensaver to what you want it to be, and locking out any changes is also available. If you are not on active directory - then a local policy will work just as well.

Schriste,
Thank you very much for your reply. After your suggestion I realize that if the solution to encryption is not possible then the best available option is local GP. I will apply the same here. Thanks again.
