Cisco Router internet access config

I'm configuring a router for internet access through a DSL modem. the modem is doing the pppow negotiation, so I have the fe0/0 set to dhcp and my default route set to dhcp. I was able to get out to the internet yesterday, but once I upgraded the IOS this morning I'm not able to get out now.
