How would I get traffic from one port jumped to another port on switch

Hi,
I have a situation where I would like the traffic from a device connected to a wall jack punched down to port 22 in my server closet to send that traffic to port 40 on the punch down, by connecting them through a Cisco switch how would I configure the ports on the switch to take that traffic coming from 22 and send it across to port 40 on the punchdown.  Hope that makes sense.  Thanks.

Assuming the two devices are on the same IP subnet create a new VLAN and place the two ports in that VLAN

for example

VLAN 24
 name jumper

int f0/2
 switchport mode access
 switchport access vlan 24

int f0/4
 switchport mode access
 switchport access vlan 24

If what you are asking is to have those two devices isolated by themselves then what GJ said above is what you want to do. Otherwise a port mirror from the one switch port to the other may be what you are looking for.
