I have two SMT1500 APC UPSs at a remote office. I have a AP9630 Network Management Card in each of these UPSs. I have them hooked up to the LAN. The cards came with a CD with the remote software that is supposed to search the LAN for the UPS. My problem is, both disk have been thrown away...I have searched the APC site for two days for this software. I don't even know the name of it. Can someone help me out? The network management card is an AP9630. Does anyone out there know where I can find the software to download to search my network for these UPSs? Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The software is called PowerChute Network Shutdown.  You can download it for free from the AP9630 product page, http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=AP9630&tab=Software or directly from the software product page, http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=127.  Hope that helps.
