How do I import Flash Generated Character Animation into my .Net/C# Game?

I am making a simple 2D character fighting game using C# and .Net.  I already have all my character animations, backgrounds, and other assets completed in Flash.  Now, I want to use these assets inside my program.  However, it does not look like I can use SWF files with C# and .Net.

What do I need to do so that I can use my Flash generated animated assets inside C# and .Net?

Thanks so much.
