Upon installing a fresh copy of windows on a sata HD right at the very end of copying all the files it throws the error.
- Motherboard - gigabyte ga-ma785gm-us2h
- 500g HD
- DVD ROM
I have DVD as IDE and HD as SATA. I wanna say that the BIOS is not seeing the HD because everything is listed as IDE. I have a XPSP2 disk so I SlipStreamed RAID drivers to a burned disk. I've heard it might be a bad disk, bad burn or improper burn and so on...but none of those seems to me problem. I can install Ubuntu just fine. The motherboard disk does not boot up at all though I can open files through Ubuntu.
