Disable Ease of Access on Server 2008 log on screen?

I haven't logged in to some of my servers for a couple of weeks.
Just today started having trouble logging in to a couple of my Server 2008 machines. When entering my password, when I hit the letter "u", the ease of access screen pops up.

This just started happening. I'm wondering 2 things:
1. Was there an update or something from MS that enabled this wonderful tool all of a sudden?

2. Is there a way to disable this on my servers, without installed a 3rd party tool?

I can get around this by changing my password, or putting caps lock on and using the shift key, but I would think that since this is a brand new symptom, I should be able to track it down and turn it off somehow.

Anyone have the solution?
Thanks
Tom

Thanks, but I need to do this WITHOUT downloading and installing a tool (as mentioned in the original question).

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

Thanks again, but, reading the solution, I come across the phrase:

Download and unzip the software,

And I have to stop there. I CAN'T download anything to these servers.

Please review the solution you're thinking of providing me? Thanks!

Nobody knows how to do this without a 3rd party tool?

The problem I was having with the Ease of Access screen popping up in the middle of my entering my password had to do with something strange going on with keystrokes. I was using mstsc.exe to get into the server in question.

I rebooted my machine, and attempted to connect to my server again. This time there was no problem with the Ease of Access screen popping up. It seems to be something that happens to my machine occasionally where the server then interprets some keystrokes in my password to launch the ease of access utility.

I am closing this question as I found the solution myself.

Thanks for the help.
