Call Manager 4.1 Forwarded Caller ID

When someone forwards their desk phone to a cell/home/other phone number, the caller ID shows up like it's a call from the office instead of the caller ID # of the originating caller.  For example, I call my desk phone (XXX XXX XXXX) from YYY YYY YYYY and i have it forwarded to my cell phone, the caller ID number shows up as ZZZ ZZZ ZZZZ which is the outbound caller ID number from our phone system.  I need the caller ID on my cell phone (when forwarded to) to show up as YYY YYY YYYY.  Unsure if this is even possible, but if it is, I’m not sure how to make it happen.

This is not possible. The tellco use the caller-id from the phone number at the start of their system. Although you might not be breaking the law if you try to change it you should know the caller-id spoofing can be illegal.
