Windows 7 backup

I recently switched to Windows 7 from XP.  I use Windows Backup twice a week to backup the whole system, but I am looking for a different type of backup solution.  I had a backup utility from IOMEGA that worked on XP but not on Windows 7.  It would copy all changed objects within specified folders.  It maintaiined several generations of each object, so I could easily go back to an older version of a specific document if needed.

Does anyone know of a similar utility for Windows 7?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I use Acronis True Image for this. I have deployed it on systems running Windows XP, Vista and 7 and it works great. The newest version, Acronis True Image Home 2010, works flawlessly in 7 and will allow you to create incremental backups, and roll back to older versions of files.
