Mysql Export Partial Dump

I've got a mysql database (records) that has a number of tables (table1, table2) in it. Some of the tables have millions of records in it.

Is it possible to make a mysqldump of the entire database that limits the records on each table within the database to the last 100 records?

something like:
mysqldump --where="true last 100" -u user -p pass records > out.sql

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

yes, try:
mysqldump -u user -p pass --where="true LIMIT 100"  databasename > out.sql
