I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This TSM, right?
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/tivoli/products/storage-mgr/product-features.html

http://www.uic.edu/depts/accc/software/adsmnew/related.html should get you started (unless if you want to hunt down the links on the IBM site...)

Not short... but I am not sure that there is shorter ones... and definitely it will be hard to get all covered in shorter ones. You can start here though: http://www.tsmguru.com/tsm-implementation-administration-tutorial

Online? How? I am not sure what you mean.

Simulator? as in being able to play with it without having it? I do not think there is anything like this.

Good luck with it. :) If you really need to deal with it http://www.tsmguru.com/ is a great resource - there are enough posts/articles to cover most of the problematic areas... That plus the IBM documentation of course.  And the zone here in EE :)
