Konica Pagepro 4650EN B&W Only

I have not super versed in Konica's but I hate this weird universal driver agent thing they use.

I am trying to get this printer installed in a WinXP Pro box.  Though I download the 1.0.0.0. package from Konica , it still asks me for drivers when I start up Windows...

When I try to point it to what was downloaded, it acts as though no proper *.inf files are there...

So frustrating...

So , now we have the printer so it will print from say WORD, but it wont print our microsft works calendar edition 2002.

Yes, I know this is super old , but , it has always worked fine on WinXP Pro .  All we did was get a new computer and now we cant seem to get the drivers loaded all in .

In case you hadn't found it, here is the support for your printer: http://onyxftp.mykonicaminolta.com/download/SearchResults.aspx?productid=1039
And, since I too generally hate universal drivers, I would uninstall them and use the version 1.04 drivers listed on the downloads page.  You also ought to look at the readme file on the Base Firmware tab; it may be why the printer doesn't like the newer drivers.
Works hates to use anything but the default printer, so, after you have the printer happy in Windows, go to printers and faxes in the control panel, right-click on the Minolta, and left-click Set as Default.
