Hi guys.<br />

We need to roll out the Java Runtime Environment to 40+ PC's.<br />
I am going to do this through Group Policy.<br />
I am testing this through one PC initially but I cannot get it to go through.<br />

I have created a new Policy and applied it to all sites, but only to a single security group that has one computer in it. The policy is working fine with other things as I can change settings in that policy and they push through to this one PC... except I cannot get the Java Runtime to install.<br />

I've added the Java MSI under Software Installation in Computer Configuration of that Policy and it is set as &quot;Assigned&quot;.<br />
<br />
But it is not appearing under Add/Remove Programs. I have forced the policy to update many times, resetted etc.<br />

Any ideas what the issue is?<br />

Deploying Java Runtime Environment

Java is a platform-independent, object-oriented programming language and run-time environment, designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible such that developers can write one set of code across all platforms using libraries.
