Help with menu strip in c#/winform

I've created the standard menu strip with file, tools, help...How do I connect the help files I created to the menu.  I've attached my code.  Thanks
// helpToolStripMenuItem
            //
            this.helpToolStripMenuItem.DropDownItems.AddRange(new System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem[] {
            this.contentsToolStripMenuItem,
            this.indexToolStripMenuItem,
            this.searchToolStripMenuItem,
            this.toolStripSeparator5,
            this.aboutToolStripMenuItem});
            this.helpToolStripMenuItem.Name = "helpToolStripMenuItem";
            this.helpToolStripMenuItem.Size = new System.Drawing.Size(44, 20);
            this.helpToolStripMenuItem.Text = "&Help";
            //
