The commands to have the external interface get a dhcp address is as follows:

nameif outside

I did very quick set up, there are showing two static routers  at very end why do I need them both?

You should only have 1 catch all route to the outside for 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0.     You would use additional statics to the inside if you have some downstream routers with other subnets.     So it kind of depends if you have other subnets that the ASA needs to know about.
