SQL Server Express 2005 Table Level Catalog Corruption

I have one table in Database which is corrupted to such an extent that
now it does not allow SELECT, INSERT & UPDATE and DROP as well.

When tried to DROP TABLE, t throws an eroror
"
Msg 211, Level 23, State 51, Line 2
Possible schema corruption. Run DBCC CHECKCATALOG.
Msg 0, Level 20, State 0, Line 0
A severe error occurred on the current command.  The results, if any, should be discarded.

"
As adivsed in error message, i did apply that DBCC CHECKCATALOG but it has produced
no favourable results

As a result i cannot recreate the same table. This table has high business
relevance.

1) Please guide how to identify the reason behing that error?
2) Solution to this table level recovery

Thanks&Regards
