Windows 2003 SBS Maintenance Tasks

Hello all,

I have a client that is using Windows 2003 Small Business Server.  The system is running ok but on the server reports I see that the server is stressed to the limit.  I wanted to ask what tasks I should to to maintain this server.  I see they have a high memory usage.  Also, they have WSUS installed but don't even use it.  What tasks should be run to make sure Exchange is running smoothly and how can I reduce memory usage.

Hi,

Run SBS 2003 Best Practice Analyzer and fix the errors reported.

Also Run Exchange 2003 Best Practice Analyzer and fix the errors reported.

Refer this article fine tune the memory usage by sqlserver:

Hope this helps,
Shree

As for exchange what's the best way to clean up mailboxes?  Does the analyzer do that as well?
