If it is not possible to create a virtual path to the networked folder (because of security-reasons), you can always use the code-behind to impersonate another user in order to access that file.

it is not in a web server to be able to read it using http

i need a way to view the file which is stored in the server in the web page without converting it to a web server

i've found the solution, i've made an iis virtual directory in my pc with a source directory to that network folder. this solution gave me the ability to make an iis website without needing to do it in that server
