"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi, idosmart.

You have to do some scripting to make that happen.  Something like the code below.  This assumes that the values are in a textbox named TextBox1 and that you want to load them into a combobox named ComboBox1.
Sub Item_Open()
    Dim objPage, objTB1, objCB1, arrValues
    Set objPage = Item.GetInspector.ModifiedFormPages
    Set objTB1 = objPage("P.2").Controls("TextBox1")
    Set objCB1 = objPage("P.2").Controls("ComboBox1")
    arrValues = Split(objTB1.Value, ",")
    For Each varValue in arrValues
        objCB1.AddItem varValue
    Next
    Set objTB1 = Nothing
    Set objCB1 = Nothing
End Sub
