how to catch webcam allow/deny

hi,
I am making a webcam chat application and want to catch if the user does not allow flash player to use his camera to deny him from logging in. How can I catch this?

That is the page for the Camera in the langauge reference. It contains all the properties and methods of the camera, and is REALLY handy to have around.

But I would still REALLY recommend reading up on the rest of at least the first link with the full example.

well, your code is not the one I was looking for, because it only shows if your camera is accessible, not that if you clicked allow/deny.
But I was able to find what I needed on the link you provided, it is the camera.muted property.
