Groups not visible in Security Settings tab - Trend Micro WFBS Advanced 6.0

I am having an issue with the management console in WFBS Advanced 6.0. When I browse to the Security Settings tab, I cannot see any of the groups. I have attached a screenshot to demonstrate this issue. Is there a means to fix this problem?

I have now resolved the issue, following instructions from Trend support. The instructions were;

From the Security Server, use the Microsoft Services console to stop the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service. Also verify that DbServer.exe process is not running under Task Manager

2. Using Windows Explorer, go to the ..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV folder.

3. Back up the HTTPDB folder (do NOT rename it).

4. Delete the whole content of the original HTTPDB folder (do NOT delete the folder itself).

5. Restart the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.

[Note: When restarting the Master Service, no client will appear. However, when the clients reboot or when the Client/Server Security Agent Listener service is restarted, the database will automatically be repopulated.]

6. From any Client/Server Security Agent, open the Services console and restart the Trend Micro Client/Server Security Agent Listener service (alternatively, reboot the client machines).
