exchange eventid 7010 - MSExchangeTransport

Hi,
i had a relay attack last week and my exchange queues were been filled up, i have seemly resolved this issue.
However, in the event log im getting loads of eventid errors as shown below.
Does this mean im still having a problem?
Thanks
stephen

Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      MSExchangeTransport
Event Category:      SMTP Protocol
Event ID:      7010
Date:            28/04/2010
Time:            11:08:09
User:            N/A
Computer:      GPSSERVER
Description:
This is an SMTP protocol log for virtual server ID 1, connection #172391. The client at "116.24.57.107" sent a "rcpt" command, and the SMTP server responded with "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for q2612286@ms42.hinet.net  ". The full command sent was "rcpt TO:<q2612286@ms42.hinet.net>".  This will probably cause the connection to fail.

Check your queues - are they still filling up?
If they are - you have not solved the problem so have a read of my article and see if that helps:

ASKER

hi, the quese are not filling up now,
they only mails in there are valid  mails.
However i am having probs sending emails, some emails NOT ALL are not leaving email queue,
and  a couple are been coming back as undelivered.
I check blacklisting sites but i dont seem to be listed.
hence i was looking at logs and found the above eventid message, so was thinking it may effect smptp mail, however i saw i post where someone said this shows that exchange is working and blocking bad email.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks
stephen

The message is a rejection for an attempt to relay via your server, so that is working properly.
Do you use any Anti-Spam software on your server?
at present there is no anti spam on server to be honest,
incoming mail was  been screened by a third party.
